FAQ
How do you compare different sizes?
The tool divides price by amount to give a per-gram / per-ml / per-unit price. Different units (kg vs g) are auto-converted to the same base.
Can I compare g and ml together?
Sort of — for water-like liquids 1 ml ≈ 1 g, so milk in g vs ml is roughly comparable. For grains and oils, they differ. This tool only highlights "cheapest" within the same unit group.
Are commas in prices OK?
Yes — both "5,000" and "5000" are accepted.
Should I enter the discounted price?
Enter the price you actually pay. For BOGO deals, enter the total amount you actually receive (e.g., a 500ml BOGO becomes "1000ml").
Is anything sent to a server?
No. Calculations stay in your browser; values auto-save to localStorage so they persist between visits (nothing leaves the page).
