Image Rotate & Flip
Quick 90/180/270° rotates, free-angle slider, and horizontal/vertical flip — all on one screen. Saves at full resolution.
How to Use
Drag, click, or paste with Ctrl+V. PNG, JPG, WebP, and HEIC are supported.
Use "+90°"/"-90°" for quick steps, or the 0–359° slider for any angle. Toggle horizontal/vertical mirror in the same view.
PNG keeps transparency. JPG is smaller. The canvas auto-expands for free-angle rotations so no edges are clipped.
FAQ
Are corners clipped on free-angle rotations?
No — the canvas size auto-grows so the rotated image fits entirely. The blank regions become transparent in PNG and white in JPG.
Is EXIF rotation honored?
The tool re-rasterizes through canvas, dropping EXIF orientation metadata. The pixels you see are exactly what you save — consistent across viewers.
Why is JPG background black?
JPG lacks transparency, so this tool fills with white instead. Use PNG to keep transparency.
Can I rotate and flip at the same time?
Yes — the two operate independently. E.g. mirror horizontally + rotate 90° = mirrored, then turned clockwise.
Is anything sent to a server?
No. Everything happens in your browser canvas; images never leave the page.
