How is the target file size met?
When dimension reduction is enabled, the tool shrinks the image before dropping quality below 45%. If the target still cannot be met, it reports an error instead of offering an oversized result. Download successful results individually or as one ZIP.
What image formats are supported?
JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC and most common image formats are supported.
Will compression reduce quality significantly?
At 70-80% quality, the difference is barely noticeable. Use comparison mode to check.
Are files uploaded to a server?
No. All processing happens in your browser. Files are never sent to any server.
