World Time Converter

Type a time in one city and see all your tracked cities update side by side. Great for cross-time-zone meetings, travel, and remote work.

How to Use

1
Pick a base time and city

Set the date and time, then pick the city that the time refers to. Defaults to "now" in Seoul.

2
Add comparison cities

Search and add cities. Each row shows the converted local time and the offset from your base.

3
Spot working hours

Each row tints local working hours (9am–6pm) green and night hours gray, so you can spot good meeting windows at a glance.

FAQ

Is daylight saving (DST) handled?

Yes. The tool uses the browser's Intl API, which is backed by the IANA timezone database. DST jumps in the US, Europe, and elsewhere are applied automatically.

How do I find a city?

Search by city name or IANA timezone (e.g. "Seoul", "Asia/Tokyo"). Both English and Korean work.

What is UTC?

Coordinated Universal Time, the global reference. It never observes DST.

Are Seoul and Tokyo the same?

Yes — both KST and JST are UTC+9 and neither observes DST, so they stay identical year-round.

Is anything sent to a server?

No. Conversions run entirely in your browser using Intl APIs.
